For many people, shopping for a new computer can be stressful because they are expensive, and if they choose the wrong one, they could be stuck with it for years. To make things even harder, most of the important parts of a computer you need to consider are hidden inside leaving you to decipher a paper tag loaded with confusing specs.
The Solution
We created an in-store experience that was unique for each PC in the aisle, showing interesting and informative content that highlights the strengths of that particular device. When installed on a PC, Intelligent Point of Sale (or IPOS) automatically detects all the technical specifications and creates a visual experience that lets a potential buyer understand what that computer has inside. So if you don’t know what “terabytes” are or how many you need, we show you how much of your stuff can fit on the PC. Not sure which computer is good for gaming or designing? We researched which use-cases to show you only on the right devices.
For people shopping for a computer to write papers, watch movies, design logos, and more, a standard IPOS design is set to display custom content for any of those uses in a particular voice. But Gamers are a different breed of PC shopper. They understand far more about the inner workings of a computer and are willing to spend far more for performance. So in 2020 we created a custom experience that reflects this audience.

INTEL GAMING PROCESSORS GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS
The Challenge
>After losing market share in the gaming PC industry, Intel finally had a new processor that was going to give the competition a real run for their money again. Their 12th Gen Processors brought innovative technologies that made gaming and creating content faster and more fluid. But the gaming community are fierce and highly educated shoppers. Intel would need to soundly prove the 12th Gen benefits to earn gamers back.
The Solution
We created global campaigns for the different types of Intel processors that power gaming laptop and desktop computers. From thin and light on-the-go devices to ultra-powerful models for creators and professionals. Each campaign connected with our gamers on social, online, and in-store to highlight the unique benefits of those devices. We targeted different types of gamers with dialed-in visuals and messaging and gave them all the information they'd need to compare and make a purchase.
As these super savvy gamers learn about the new PC technology available, they want to know why they need Intel and get to the specifics later in their comparisons.

Hands On, Hardcore Gaming
The best way to know if a new PC can keep up with serious, competetive gaming is to put it through the wringer. We crafted gamer use-cases, inspiring content, and exciting demos to show why Intel was the right choice.

Airshow high-definition 3D interactive moving maps
Airshow Series
Airshow developed the first moving map more than 40 years ago. As a trusted brand in business aviation, Airshow is found on more than 60 different aircraft models with over 14,000 system installs. Collins has been innovating the original since 2002. All iterations easily integrate with all flight management systems.
As an industry leader in in-flight entertainment, Collins Airshow Moving Map offerings allow passengers to watch their flight virtually progress by putting your aircraft on the map. Our customizable solutions create a 3D flight path interactive that keeps passengers informed and entertained on their journey. You'd find their technology on following commercial platforms like the Airbus A220, A320, and A350, and the Boeing 737 MAX and 787 Dreamliner.
Collins Aerospace Airshow moving maps are used in a variety of commercial, business, and even light jets, rather than being specific to one particular airplane model. While the Airshow system can be found on over 60 different aircraft models with over 14,000 installs, you can also access its content via the Airshow Mobile app

Collins HUD Virtual Reality (VR) Trainer provides pilots a portable training platform to support training to proficiency on Collins Head-up Guidance System (HGS™) products. The device combines Collins Aerospace technologies to create a high-fidelity, immersive training environment that maximizes knowledge transfer to the pilot.
VIRTUAL AVIONICS PROCEDURES TRAINER (VAPT)
Challenge
During avionics upgrades on your current aircraft you are faced with a growing challenge. How can you provide differences training for your flight crews on these new avionics before the aircraft are ready for service?
Solution
The solution is Rockwell Collins Virtual Avionics Procedures Trainer (VAPT). Because we directly integrate Rockwell Collins avionics software, VAPT lets flight crews experience the capabilities, functions and procedures found in the aircraft without the high costs that come with using the aircraft.
At the heart of the VAPT system is a unique combination of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) PC-based hardware and Rockwell Collins avionics software. The re-hosting of the actual avionics software on COTS hardware provides a cost effective training option. It also ensures that the VAPT displays not only look like those in the aircraft, they operate the same way too. Pilots will not only effectively familiarize themselves with the capabilities of the displays, they will also be able to quickly develop critical spatial skills enabling them to get the information they need when they need it – reducing cockpit workload.
VAPT’s unique software re-hosting architecture also guarantees that when you change equipment or upgrade displays in the aircraft, all it takes is a software upgrade to the VAPT system and your flight crews are training on the same new avionics they will soon be flying. All delivered well before your avionics upgrade, insuring timely retraining of your pilot force.
Key Benefits
Reduced operational costs
High fidelity training early in upgrade program
Software based for ease of reconfiguration
Scalable to multiple aircraft platforms
Flexibility that allows for future software upgrades without hardware modifications
The Canadian bicycle manufacturer Cervélo uses interactive elements in its product development and consumer engagement, such as in-depth wind tunnel testing, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis for aerodynamic optimization, and various online tools and guides on retailer sites like BikeExchange to help consumers explore their bikes and find the right fit.
The user can shop for their bike and customize it as needed. I also created and ineractive way to fit a rider on their custom made Cervélo. With the fitted bike the use can then proceed to a check out their bike which includes bike descriptions, customizations as well as how much the fitting will cost along with measurements.
The Oscar Mayer brand will jumpstart the campaign with a 1 million pound food donation and is asking for America's help to match this at www.GoodMoodMission.com . For every "good mood moment" America creates or shares, Oscar Mayer will donate more food to reach the total goal of 2 million pounds.
The Solution
The Oscar Mayer brand has made it easy to share a smile with a simple click and everyone across the country is invited to join the mission at www.GoodMoodMission.com or www.Facebook.com/OscarMayer . From January through September, the more good moods shared and sent to others, the more pounds of food donated to Feeding America. And, while helping others should be incentive enough, the campaign rewards participation with Oscar Mayer brand coupons and other fun offers.

The Challenge
More than any other professional sport, the gap between the fans and pro gamers feels so small. That’s why gamers are drawn to learning about what it takes to take their hobby to the next level. How do we get them to consider Intel as an essential component for their success?
The Solution
In short social video clips, pro gamers show off some of their best moves and training regimens. For special events like product launches, we invited the pros to the store to host Genius-Bar-like sessions where the audience got hands-on coaching while using the state-of-the-art gaming PCs that are on display. And the pro gamers shared the shorts and event footage to their stories and feeds where their audience could see what they can do to up their game.

Walking into a service center to have work done on your car or buy tires can be downright intimidating. There’s the smell of rubber and oil, parts and terminology you don’t understand, and you might have to spend a lot of money. How can we build trust with customers, while making their shopping experience less stressful?
The Solution
Starting in 2019, our teams started to roll out our complete redesign for the over 2000 Firestone Complete Autocare Centers nationwide. This includes the exterior and also the experience in the showroom. My team created an interactive touchscreen experience that allowed Firestone associates to guide their customers through complex maintenance, repair, and tire purchases.
Using simple interactive visuals, informative videos, or comparison tools, we created content that helped cross-sell services without being pushy. The entire experience replaces tons of paper posters and flyers that needed to be regularly updated and shipped to each store. Now updated promotions and content can be delivered instantly to stores nationwide using a content management system (CMS).
